Annapurna Region
The Annapurna Region is a trekker’s paradise, nestled in the north-central part of Nepal, it is home to the iconic Annapurna Base Camp and Annapurna Circuit trek. The Annapurna region is one of the most popular trekking tracks in the Himalayas attracting adventurers from all around the world. From the easier trekking destination Poon Hill Trek to the challenging Thorong La Pass, this region is known for its diversity of not just trekking trails, but also unique cultures of ethnic group such as Tamang, Gurung, Magar, Thakali, Chepang, Nyeshangba, and Lopa.
